Notice on the Implementation of specific rules for products under the Harmonized System HS 2022 under the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Agreement
On 30 April 2026, the Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on the Implementation of specific rules for products under the Harmonized System HS 2022 under the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Agreement.
The Ministry of Commerce would like to inform all manufacturers and exporters that the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Agreement Implementation Committee has completed the procedures and officially approved the transfer of the Product Specific Rules (PSR) from the Harmonized System AHTN 2017 to AHTN 2022 and has agreed to implement the PSR under the Harmonized System HS 2022.
